The premium package is the most popular membership option and is ideal if you are the owner of a larger business or you have a lot on your HR agenda during the next 12-month period.
As a Premium Member in the 12 months from the date of joining you will receive:
- Employee Handbook that clarifies what the employees can expect when they work for you and what your expectations are from them.
- Unlimited telephone and email support, for when those HR headaches crop up in your business – no more panic moments at 4am!!!
- Unlimited downloads from the extensive library of managers guidance notes and HR documents, such as policies, letters, forms, meeting check lists and flow charts.
The Premium Package is priced at £60 per month, payable by Direct debit.
On-site Support
On-site support is available at an extra cost for when you want the reassurance of having an on-site HR presence for support with the more complex HR situations that can crop up in any business. For instance: attendance at management meetings or to support you with specific HR projects such as complex disciplinary situations, coordinating a recruitment programme or planning and implementing a restructuring programme.

To set up your Direct Debit instruction simply click the Direct Debit button below, you will be redirected to the Go Cardless website where you will be asked to enter your name, company name and bank account details. Once you have done that you will be redirected to the Kea HR website where you will be asked to enter a few details about you and your company. Once we receive confirmation of your payment and your completed registration form we will be in touch via email to confirm your log in details and instructions for navigating around the library of documents.
