This HR Essentials package is ideal if you are on the tightest of budgets and is popular with the owners of businesses with just a small number of employees.
As an Essentials Member in the 12 months from the date of joining you will receive:
- Unlimited downloads from the extensive library of managers guidance notes and HR documents, such as policies, letters, forms, meeting check lists and flow charts.
- Unlimited remote advice provides peace of mind when something is happening in your business and you aren’t sure what to do, or you now what you want to do but aren’t sure whether that is legal.
Excellent value at only £30 per month, payable by Direct Debit.
On-site Support
On-site support can be provided at an extra cost for when something unexpected happens and you want the reassurance of having an on-site HR presence for support with the more complex HR situations that can crop up in any business. For instance: attendance at management meetings or to support you with specific HR projects such as complex disciplinary situations, coordinating a recruitment programme or planning and implementing a restructuring programme.

To set up your Direct Debit instruction simply click the Direct Debit button below, you will be redirected to the Go Cardless website where you will be asked to enter your name, company name and bank account details. Once you have done that you will be redirected to the Kea HR website where you will be asked to enter a few details about you and your company. Once we receive confirmation of your payment and your completed registration form we will be in touch via email to confirm your log in details and instructions for navigating around the library of documents.
